Docunet
Property documents requested online, without starting at a service counter.

Requesting a document shouldn’t start with figuring out which queue to join.
Docunet lets people order selected cadastral and property documents online. I built the website around three questions: which document do you need, what details are required and how will you receive it?
Start with the document people need.
The opening sections explain the available services and how requests work. Visitors can see what Docunet provides before starting an order.

Turn the options into a clear choice.
I organised document types and service information into a catalogue with routes to the corresponding forms. Each option has its own place, rather than being buried in a long page of instructions.

Collect the details in order.
The order interface brings together document options, location fields and delivery choices. On a phone, fields follow a vertical sequence so the request can be completed from a small screen too.
