LazarTopEstate
A property agency’s website, rebuilt around credibility and the homes it represents.

The agency needed a more credible first impression online.
I redesigned the way LazarTopEstate presents itself and its properties. Large photographs show the homes, while the agency introduction, search and listing pages give prospective buyers somewhere to look beyond the first impression.
Show who’s behind the listings.
The agency introduction sits alongside architectural photography. It gives visitors context about the business before they begin browsing properties or making contact.

Give each property room.
Large images sit with the key listing information. Search and filters provide a way through the portfolio; individual property pages let visitors look more closely at a home.

From a listing to an enquiry.
I kept property information and contact routes connected. On mobile, listings move into one column, with photographs and details arranged for reading on a phone.
